    Stainless Steel Bowl

    The MUZ6ER1 stainless steel bowl has a European dough hook built into the bottom of the bowl. It does NOT have a center column and cannot be used with standard dough hooks, whips, or paddles. This stainless steel bowl does not lock onto the mixer, but it will work with all Universal mixers. 

    • Bowl capacity: 6.5 quarts or 15 lbs dough
    • Removable drive shaft for an easy cleanup
    • Includes European dough hook (bottom of the bowl) and 2-piece pouring shield with lid.

      This sturdy bowl holds up to 15 pounds of dough. The large bowl lip makes it easy to handle and a removable drive shaft makes it simple to clean. Includes lid and splash ring.

       

      Flour Sifter Attachment

      Ultra-fine mesh screen quickly sifts whole grain flour into fine pastry flour for cakes, desserts, and pastries. Use leftover bran and germ for healthy muffins and cereals. Fits the Universal Plus 4-tab bowl.

       

      Large Slicer Shredder Attachment

      The lid fits onto the Bosch bowl. It conveniently slices, shreds and grates directly into the mixing bowl.

          Ice Cream Maker Attachment

          Enjoy delicious homemade frozen desserts in minutes with the all-new, highly anticipated ice-cream attachment. It’s easy to use. Simply slide the stainless steel bowl over the center column of your mixing bowl, add ingredients inside the container, and place ice and rock salt in between the stainless steel container and your plastic mixing bowl. Lock the stir lid in place and turn on speed 2 for 20 minutes. Makes 1.5 quarts.

                Cookie Paddles Attachment

                Designed for medium to thick batters and cookie doughs. For stiff cookie doughs or when adding multiple heavy ingredients such as fruit, nuts, and candy, switch to the dough hook after creaming the butter. For very large batches of cookies (15+ dozen), switch to the Dough Hook before adding flour or heavy ingredients.

                  Bowl Scraper Attachment

                  Great for bakers who are tired of having to turn off their mixer to scrape the bowl, the Bowl Scraper does the work for you by scraping both the inner post and sides of your bowl while it turns. Simply snap it on over the top of the metal or plastic whip drive and the accessory currently in use (Cookie Paddles, Cake Paddles, Wire Whips, or Batter Whisks), and it will continuously scrape the bowl for you! All accessories are sold separately.
